  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the TicketAdd platform.
  • TicketAdd provides ticket listing, ticket sales, digital delivery, and promoter tools.
  • TicketAdd is not the organiser of events unless explicitly stated.
  • Customers must enter correct details at checkout.
  • Ticket prices may include booking/service fees shown before purchase.
  • Tickets are delivered electronically via email or dashboard.
  • Event details may change; tickets remain valid unless promoter approves refunds.
  • If an event is cancelled, refunds are issued once promoter authorises.
  • TicketAdd may cancel orders flagged for fraud or chargeback risk.
  • TicketAdd is not liable for promoter cancellations or third-party failures.
  • Continued use of TicketAdd means acceptance of updated terms.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly changed.
  • Refunds are only issued when authorised by the event promoter.
  • Refunds are NOT issued for incorrect ticket purchases or inability to attend.
  • Full refunds are issued only if the event is cancelled.
  • For postponed events, tickets remain valid unless the promoter allows refunds.
  • Refunds typically process within 3–10 business days after approval.
  • Promoters control event changes, cancellations, and authorisation of refunds.
  • Refund requests must be emailed to info@ticketadd.com with order details.

PRIVACY POLICY (2025 GDPR COMPLIANT)

  • TicketAdd collects customer details including name, email, address, IP, and purchase history.
  • TicketAdd does NOT store full card details.
  • Data is used to process orders, deliver tickets, prevent fraud, and support customers.
  • Data may be shared with payment processors, promoters, email delivery systems, and fraud-prevention tools.
  • Cookies are used for login, checkout, and analytics.
  • Customers have GDPR rights including data access, deletion, correction, objection, and portability.
  • Order records are kept for 6 years; support emails for 12 months.
  • All GDPR requests should be emailed to info@ticketadd.com.
